Aftersales Assistant

This is a new position within the dealership. Primary duties include:

• Assisting the Aftersales Adviser
• Advising customers puchasing clothing, parts and accessories
• Monitoring stock in-store to ensure we always offer the very best available choice to our customers
• Dealing with telephone enquiries

Working as part of a small and friendly team you will need to be outgoing, adaptable, polite and well presented.

Previous experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage as would knowledge of the Platinum DMS. A keen interest in motorcycles is essential, as is a full motorcycle licence.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
